Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Sprinkle over your choice of meat and rub it in thoroughly with your hands. Cook the meat however you'd like, in the case of chicken legs, 30 minutes on the grill, turning over after 15 minutes.
Will perfectly season 2 lbs of any meat, I recommend bone-in chicken, ribs, or steaks.
Notes
The brown sugar can be replaced with any sweetener of your choice, or removed altogether. This will of course change the taste, but it will still be delicious.
